- Apertivo is a bitter-orange based aperitif. It’s less bitter than Campari and mixes really well with ingredients that more intense amari might overwhelm. This light and refreshing drink comes from the Veneto.
- The popular Spritz is made with Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine), Luxardo Apertivo and a splash of sparkling mineral water.
- In March 2014, Luxardo Aperitivo won The Ultimate Spirits Challenge tasting which was held in New York, USA by the spirits industry's most renowned judges, which include award-winning authors, spirits buyers, journalists, educators, bar owners and consultants.
