- Produced using selected varieties of sugarcane from Habitation Clément, Première Canne is unique white rhum created from fresh pressed sugarcane juice, which is then softly distilled to capture the natural aromas and flavors of our sugarcane resulting in a well-balanced; smooth, super clean, white Rhum Agricole, loaded with character and flavor unlike any other rum in the world.
- Unlike most rums which are distilled from molasses, a sugarcane byproduct, rhum agricole is distilled from fresh-pressed, fermented sugarcane juice. This results in an earthier, funkier spirit full of terroir, and one that’s been designated with a government-stamped AOC (protected designation of origin).
